) Overview: This position requires continual interaction with our Client Services Team, Technical Sales Team, Senior Management, and new and existing clients to satisfy internal and external customer expectations.
Must be able to maintain a high level of urgency, while at the same time, maintaining an extremely professional and diplomatic attitude with customers and Deibel co-workers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop a pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive future sales.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure existing and prospective clients proceed through both client services and sales cycle steps and aid in assuring sales are maximized with each customer interaction.
Will keep apprised of competitors’ pricing and marketing initiatives.
Help develop solutions to client issues, prepare reports, and make constructive recommendations to management.
Support targeted marketing campaigns to drive the development of new prospects.
Work with existing clients to maintain relationships and seek upsell opportunities.
Will become an integral part of a team that strives for continuous improvement by encouraging, initiating and/or executing improvement ideas.
Will be responsible for maintaining the constant accuracy and integrity of our customer relationship management system.
(SugarCRM) Occasional travel will be required.
Required Skills/Abilities: 4 Years of Sales experience within the food or closely related industry.

Must be willing to learn and keep current with the latest developments and technology in the industry.
Develop and expand the company presence in assigned regions.
Ideal candidates will have a science background or equivalent experience in a food plant quality department or food laboratory.
Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed under minimal supervision.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
