Property Manager - Full Time

We seek a Self Storage Manager at our self storage facility in Lake City, FL location to join our team.
If you are self-motivated, reliable, and have a sales/ customer service background, we would like to hear from you.
Must be able to work Monday - Saturday.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Assist customers in selecting the correct size storage unit * Responsible for following up on all rental leads, addressing all questions, promoting the property's features and benefits to convert leads to rentals * Completes all documents including leases and reports per company's policy * Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments * Clean and maintain units and property * Other duties as deemed necessary *Qualifications and Requirements* * Rental management software experience is preferred but not required * Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Punctual and dependable * Professional phone and customer service skills * Self- motivated and able to work independently * Able to meet deadlines and learn from constructive development * Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance * Employment contingent upon review of background screening including criminal.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
