The Property Manager is responsible for obtaining new business, maintaining current property rentals, filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned and newly acquired residential properties.
The goal is to maximize asset value and grow door count, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions
Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
Respond to incoming owner leads to bring in new business
Qualifications:
Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
Basic understanding of MS Office
Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
