Maintenance Tech Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance checks according to schedule.
Address maintenance service requests within 48 hours and close them in the system.
Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy as directed.
Monitor and upkeep all building systems as assigned.
Foster a positive community environment and exceed resident needs.
Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as trash pickup, sweeping, and landscaping.
Report any unusual occurrences or damages to management promptly.
Conduct quarterly unit inspections.
Ensure safety standards compliance with Company guidelines.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
Be the curator of our outdoor oasis, maintaining the exterior beauty of our property, including lush gardens, manicured lawns, and vibrant recreational areas.
Sculpt outdoor spaces to perfection with tasks like lawn mowing, precise trimming, and expert edging.
Cultivate natural beauty by planting, weeding, and nurturing flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Keep our outdoor equipment and tools in top-notch condition with routine maintenance.
Safeguard pathways and driveways from clutter and debris, ensuring safe passage for all.
Act as a vigilant sentinel against safety hazards or property damage, promptly alerting the team to maintain our standards of excellence.
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Elevate the interior ambiance of our property by meticulously cleaning and maintaining all living spaces, from cozy bedrooms to inviting common areas.
Spruce up every corner with precision, from dusting and vacuuming to expertly mopping and sweeping floors.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by organizing communal spaces with finesse.
Serve as a vigilant guardian of property maintenance, promptly reporting any issues to ensure a seamless living experience.
Keep our property primed for guests at all times, ensuring every detail is immaculate.
