Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our commercial equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Qualifications:
* Maintenance: 1 year
* Driver's License (Required)
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
* Criminal background check (Required)
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload.
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Previous commercial maintenance experience a plus.
* Candidates must have reliable transportation to use for work.
* Report to office on time based on department’s schedule for employee.
* Perform preventative maintenance.
* Maintain inventory control of maintenance supplies, departmental tools, and equipment.
* Perform facility maintenance and repairs such as plumbing repairs, exterior repairs, lighting, minor electrical, and other facility maintenance as needed.
* Work independently, available on-call to resolve problems that arise.
* Ensure all safety standards are followed.
* Strong work ethic and an eager to learn attitude.
* Organized, efficient and detail-oriented to complete work orders.
* Technician must have basic tools and be able to pass basic maintenance test.
