We are a reputable and established Student Housing community currently looking for an energetic Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to join our team.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the interior of the property, including bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.
Cleaning and organizing common areas.
Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Assisting with occasional meal preparation and serving (if required).
Ensuring the property is guest-ready at all times.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
Maintaining the exterior of the property, including gardens, lawns, and outdoor recreational areas.
Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging.
Planting, weeding, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Performing routine maintenance on outdoor equipment and tools.
Keeping walkways and driveways clear of debris.
Monitoring and reporting any safety hazards or damage to property structures.
