Property Inspector - manager (Gainesville)

Looking for part time person to do inspections, walk throughs, contractor work inspections, 3 day notices.
Slight handyman skills are a plus but not required.
Must have computer, printer and cell phone.
This is a 1099 position and hours are flexible.
