Leasing Agent

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Leasing Agent to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in Gainesville, FL.
The ideal candidate will have Tax Credit experience, knowledge of Section 8 vouchers, and leasing experience.
Only candidates with previous working experience in affordable housing will be considered.
Harbor Cove is Family Community.
Willing to work every other Saturday.
Duties & Responsibilities * Processing applications * Assist in the preparation of leases and other application forms * Assist in move in / out inspections * Ensure all move-in files are maintained accordingly * Ensure all vacancies are prepared and leased in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
00 - $19.
