Residential Property Manager

You may currently work in a different industry with transferable skills to this new exciting industry! Our growing Property Management Company is seeking a qualified individual for the position of a Residential Property Manager.
Your assigned portfolio will consist of residential homes and condos in the Gainesville, FL area.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Showing and Leasing Properties * Conducting Property Assessments * Setting rental rates * Conducting Move in/Move out inspections * Processing Security Deposit Claims * Budgeting for Property Expenses * Market vacant units to attract potential tenants * Maintain High Occupancy rates * Understanding of Landlord Tenant Laws * Coordination of Maintenance Issues * Owner and Tenant Correspondence * Problem Solving * Strong Work Ethics * Experience in the field * Good communication skills * Computer Skills Real Estate License preferred but not required Why work for us: Our benefits package offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO includes paid holidays, paid vacation/sick leave time and a 401K match.
