_EXPERIENCED Assistant Manager - Leasing Agent for LIHTC - HUD Community_
If you are a Highly Motivated, seasoned Leasing Manager/Agent who is looking to advance within a growing company, loves challenges, has exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service, this is the position for you.
The ideal Candidate should have experience with Tax Credit Housing.
Property Management software experience with Yardi or Real Page is preferred.
This position is immediately available for candidates who can do the following:
* Oversee leasing activity and ensure compliance with regulatory and income requirements.
* Manage due dates for renewals, re-certifications and new move ins.
* Ensure all files sent to compliance are 100% complete and accurate.
* Issue required notices for 30-60-90-120 day leasing/renewal activity.
* Work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
* Possess superb customer service skills and can work effectively in a high stress environment with accuracy
* Exhibit excellent teamwork capabilities, foster team relations, resident relations, assist in building a community and can work with senior management on achieving goals.
* Proficient with TICS and all aspects of income verification and certification.
* Familiar with Tax Credit rules and regulations when it applies to leasing and renewals.
* Effectively manage a wait list and ensure compliance.
* Deliver results on all assigned tasks and deadlines.
* Must be able to assist on site management with any and all additional assigned tasks for the community.
* Effectively implement strategies to ensure that all company processes are followed and make recommendations to increase efficiency.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, possess reliable transportation and be a team player.
