Full- time Leasing Consultant

Elm Spring, Inc is currently seeking a fulltime Leasing Consultant for its conventional Class A apartment community in Gainesville, FL.
Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Lead Management · Leasing · Lease Administration · Customer Service · General Office Duties · Assistance with event planning and execution Acute attention to details, exemplary problem- solving skills and the ability to follow through with the highest level of professionalism are needed in order to successfully fulfill this role.
Regular business hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday Rotating Saturdays from 9 am until 1 pm (must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month) No Sundays This is a full- time position Please respond with your resume and salary requirements.
