Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties.

Responsibilities: - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately - Collect rental payments and deposits from tenants - Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor pricing - Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in real estate administration or leasing is preferred - Knowledge of local rental market and fair housing laws - Proficiency in Yardi/CRM or similar property management software is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle difficult situations professionally - Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing - Professional phone etiquette If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Leasing Agent position.
