```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to lease signing and move-in coordination
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours
- Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants, including background checks and credit evaluations
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring the property is in good condition
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property maintenance
```Qualifications```
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to provide excellent service to tenants
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practices
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to leasing and tenant management
- Experience with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
