Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing leasing documents
- Provide exceptional customer service and address tenant inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient property maintenance and repairs
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Assist with facilities management, including coordinating maintenance requests and overseeing vendor relationships
Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Proficient in data entry and file management
-Experience with property management software
- Familiarity with office equipment and software applications (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management
