Lead Concrete Finisher (Traveling Position)

Responsibilities: - Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces - Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete projects - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of concrete work - Mix and pour concrete using a concrete mixer - Apply caulk and stucco to seal joints and cracks in concrete surfaces - Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry - Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and methods - Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans - Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor - Knowledge of carpentry principles and practices is a plus - Familiarity with construction estimating is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
