Job Title: Equipment Rental Manager
Reports To: President of CPPI
SUMMARY
The Equipment Rental Manager will oversee our rental equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
This person will maintain relationships with all rental company partners and be responsible for forging new relationships with different vendors and subcontractors.
This role would help coordinate contracts and manage Master Service Agreements between CCEL and vendors, as well as drive growth and profitability for the equipment rental division.
The Rental Equipment Manager will work with multiple regions within the South Eastern United States to help coordinate and manage needed rental equipment.
The role will analyze the equipment rental budget for accuracy, inspect damaged equipment, and work with jobsites to reduce damage.
This role requires a detail and sales oriented individual with strong leadership, relationship and organizational skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in equipment rental management or a related field
Strong dedication to teamwork and integrity within professional work environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines.
Consummate professional with great attention to detail.
Strong ability to coach, train and develop staff.
Proficiency with inventory management software, Microsoft office suite, and Adobe.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety regulations.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid CDL License or the intent of obtaining a CDL License.
Experience in equipment rental management or a related sales oriented field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and track the company's rental equipment inventory, including procurement, maintenance, and equipment retirement processes
Manage and track the company’s vehicle inventory, including maintenance.
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize equipment downtime and losses
Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality
Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of rental equipment to job sites
Optimize logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize equipment downtime
Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of equipment at sites
Develops and oversees maintenance schedules and ensures all equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition
Collaborate with maintenance team to address equipment repairs and maintenance needs promptly
Maintain service records and documentation for all equipment.
Manage and maintain overall growth, budget, profitability and loss margins for equipment rentals within CCEL.
Collaborate with internal business units to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
Liaise with outside equipment rental vendors to ensure appropriate equipment is obtained for specific job site needs
Resolve concerns and issues related to equipment rental and performance
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team to ensure high performance and professionalism
Perform other duties as assigned
