Job Opening Summary
Responsible for the daily operations of the UFP access center/pod, including statistical analysis, coordination of daily activities, and reporting the impact of operations to senior management.
Responsibilities will include significant interaction with internal and external stakeholders and other parties relative to the further development of centralized administrative services, including, but not limited to, scheduling, registration and referral management.
In addition, related responsibilities will include hiring, supervising and staffing for internal and external initiatives, as well as developing reports to measure compliance with access standards, productivity and quality-of-work standards.
Level Supervision: Supervision of a limited-scope pod providing services to a small, focused group of clinics, divisions or services.
Level 2: 0 to 17 FTES supervised (job code 350789)

Job Opening Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
High school graduate and two years of financial/medical practice experience required.
Four-year degree may substitute for two years of financial/medical experience.
Two-year degree may substitute for one year of financial/medical experience.
One year of supervisory experience preferred.
One of year healthcare access center experience strongly preferred.
One year of experience as an access center float may be substituted for one year of financial/medical practice experience.
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver.
