Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation/salaried position Paid Time Off Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Director's Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will provide support to our Group Home Director, performing varied caregiving tasks and administrative duties.
You will also provide administrative support to our Direct Care Providers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Canidate must be willing to obtain knowledge of Day-to-day operations of business and be willing to work in any aspect of business where it is needed including but not limited to caregiving duties in residential homes.
Ideal candidate must be willing to cover group home shifts as a caregiver and be on-call as needed.
Responsibilities This role is 50/50 in tasks of caregiving and administrative duties for the business.
Performing various HR duties such as, screening applicants for Group Homes and conducting initial phone interviews.
Composes and produces business correspondences, reports and related materials or guides the work of other staff who produce these materials.
Reviews and signs materials, as authorized.
Edits documents produced by others.
Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files.
Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures.
Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events.
Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers and organizes supporting information, and oversees production and distribution of related materials.
Oversees day to day operations of company.
Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
Experience in caregiving is required.
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook email.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check.
Must have valid Driver's license.
