*What it takes:*
* Eager leader to take on any challenges that may happen on shift
* Strong verbal and essential math skills, comfortable with deposits and all cash handling
* Ability to give direction and developmental feedback to the team
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
* Must be able to adapt to high-stress situations and maintain composure
* *Can lead a team of 4 – 10 people on any shift*
*Requirements:*
* Must have 1 years of Shift Leader experience
* Must be 18 yrs or older
* Must have OPEN availability, including holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are closed).
* *Eager to Advance and Willing to take Developmental Coaching*
* Eligible to work in the US
* Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for a long period
