This position will supervise the process and quality of clinical programs to ensure that the highest standards of medicine and client service are maintained.
A clear understanding of medical protocols will be vital to ensure that our hospital is operating in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities for this position include:   * Developing, implementing, and verifying medical training programs  * Researching current and best veterinary medicine standards  * Setting strategic goals for continuous improvement in patient care and client satisfaction  * Investigating breaches in protocols/medicine *COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * * $130k targeted salary range.
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience.
The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
