Elm Spring, Inc.
is searching for an experienced Service Manager for it's A class multi family conventional property in Gainesville, FL.
Candidates are expected to have basic computer literacy, a high level of professionalism understanding the value of best-in-class service and be a positive leader and role model for the maintenance team.
Previous proven succesful experience in a Service Manager role is required.
* EPA certification is needed along with proven knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliance and general repairs.
* Experience running successful turns with high resident satisfaction, ensuring all daily work orders are completed in a timely manner
* Ability to assist with overseeing capital improvements and renovation projects
* Proven successful experience in managing a budget for maintenace expenses
This is a working Service Manager position as you will lead your team by example with your experience, knowledge, skills and positive leadership abilities.
The community is a conventional multi family property located in Gainesville, FL that is exceptionally maintained.
