*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Job Responsibilities:* Welcome to the role of Lead Wellness Coordinator for the Diaper Distribution Program! Your responsibilities encompass planning and executing events that ensure the smooth distribution of diapers to families in need.
Collaborate with the program team, manage logistics, coordinate volunteers, engage the community, and oversee event operations.
Your attention to detail, problem solving knack, and passion for community service are pivotal in making these events successful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the program team to conceptualize, plan, and execute well-organized diaper distribution events aligned with program goals.
Logistics Management: Coordinate venue selection, setup, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless event operations.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for setup, distribution, and attendee assistance.
Community Engagement: Work with partners to promote events, maximize participation, and create a positive attendee experience.
Participant Support: Offer friendly assistance to participants, addressing questions and concerns during diaper distribution.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed about event details.
On-Site Management: Oversee setup, registration, distribution, and cleanup, ensuring a seamless experience.
Problem Solving: Effectively resolve challenges that arise during events to ensure success.
Data Collection: Assist in gathering participant feedback to assess event impact and suggest improvements.
Post-Event Evaluation: Contribute to post-event evaluations to analyze effectiveness and enhance future events.
