In-Person Tutor

_Private Tutor _ STEPs for Success is looking for dedicated *in-person *tutors who are committed to helping K-12 students excel.
\*_Prior teaching/tutoring experience is required.
_\* General Expectations What STEPs for Success Expects from Tutors: * To commit to tutoring until the end of the school year * To tutor a minimum of two students at least two times per week * To arrive for scheduled tutoring sessions on time * To review “Tutor Reports/Weekly Updates” from the previous session and to complete “Tutor Reports/Weekly Updates” after each session * To maintain constant communication between the Tutor Director and parent * To be aware of students’ academic performance and work with teachers on an action plan for improvement * To communicate with the Tutor Director should any issues or concerns regarding students arise * To maintain a safe and effective tutorial session * To be flexible to changes that may occur to the schedule that are outside the control of Stephanie’s Tutoring and Enrichment Program for Success, LLC What Tutors Can Expect from Stephanie’s Tutoring and Enrichment Program for Success, LLC: * To provide an optional orientation and assistance to enable tutors to effectively support students’ academic progress * To provide continual support to tutors during the school year through regular check-ins and debriefing sessions * To be available to answer any questions tutors may have * To keep tutors informed of upcoming events, calendar or schedule changes, and relevant program updates as much as possible * To keep all sensitive information strictly confidential.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
