mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Assists with the maintenance of Meridian's software systems, reporting issues, working with vendors as needed to resolve the issues.
Modifications to reports, provider views, and maintenance of staff access.
Supports all organizational staff by way of IS Helpdesk, in service trainings, both online and phone support.
Works day to day in Meridian's data systems, running reports to identify and correct inaccuracies of data.
Suggests edits and corrections based on data to improve operations.
Develops, updates, and maintains expert knowledge of agency EMR workflows to support users and make modifications as requested.
Frequently involves attention to detail and good communication skills.
Who are we looking for?
1.
AA or equivalent plus 3 years' experience in a medium to large scale enterprises must be related to healthcare and electronic medical records.
2.
HIPAA Training Security and Privacy - Current Certificate of Completion
Driver Requirement:
Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements
