We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team!
Work Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior red team members to simulate advanced cyber-attacks on our systems, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses
Assist in the development and execution of red team exercises to test the organization's defenses
Work alongside our blue team to monitor and defend our systems against cyber threats
Assist in incident detection, analysis, and response, helping to improve our overall security posture
Participate in conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on our IT infrastructure, applications, and networks
Provide support in identifying vulnerabilities, reporting findings, and assisting with remediation efforts
Assist the incident response team in analyzing security incidents and breaches
Contribute to incident handling and coordination, ensuring a rapid and effective response to security events
Work with senior cyber hunters to proactively search for threats and vulnerabilities within our environment
Help refine hunting methodologies and develop threat intelligence
Ensure that all cybersecurity activities are conducted in accordance with government policies, standards, and requirements relevant to national security systems
Maintain accurate records of all activities, including findings, actions taken, and recommendations for improvement
Contribute to the development of reports and documentation related to cybersecurity exercises
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity through self-study and formal training
Participate in training programs provided by the organization to enhance your skills
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year student to receive Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Cybersecurity or Information Technology
Strong interest in in cybersecurity and a desire to gain practical experience in the field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals
