The Finance Implementation Team Analyst collaborates across the enterprise and with peer institutions to help identify Workday reporting functionalities to meet business requirements in keeping with industry best practices.
Develops a strong understanding of the wide variety of activities and needs, identifies commonalities and exceptions, and assists in identifying and implementing solutions that address the comprehensive needs of the research enterprise.
This position performs needs assessment and gap analysis and documents business requirements in support of continued optimization of reporting for central post-award and departmental research administration.
Documents current and future state maps, reporting requirements, system configurations, and other relevant information.
Assists in translating functional business requirements into reporting and technical design decisions.
The incumbent participates in end-user and other stakeholder engagement and coordinates user acceptance testing.
Assists in training end users and developing end-user training materials.
Supports end users immediately after the system goes live.
Expected Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: This position must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a large-scale ERP implementation is strongly preferred.
