Responsibilities:
Systems Management
Assist in the regular maintenance and updates of the Learning Management System and Student Information System.
Develop integration and operation requirements as needed.
Execute plans, schedules and requirements for the deployment and lifecycles of systems.
Maintains familiarity with platform standards and procedures.
Proactively and promptly identify and manage risks that impede platform operation.
Reporting and Quality Assurance
Participates in and provides information for platform management.
Consult with users in the design and structure of solutions for active and engaging online learning.
Ensure adherence to high-quality standards, best practices, and UF policies and procedures.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to the LMS and SIS, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
Generate and analyze reports from the LMS and SIS to track usage metrics, user engagement, and other relevant data.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the systems meet the organization's standards and requirements.
Collaboration
Collaborate with learning platform users and leaders to ensure seamless functionality.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth functioning and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features using Agile methodologies.
Work closely with teams to define roles, prioritize tasks, and track progress.
Other Duties as Assigned
Will travel for assigned business purpose minimally (1-2/quarter).

To achieve this, the Lastinger Center offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule that aligns with the university’s Flexibility in the Workplace Policy.
Allowing employees to stagger arrival and departure times as necessary and to vary the number of workdays in the office so long as an employee’s FTE commitment is fulfilled within the university workweek.
This policy also allows for occasional, incidental remote work based on individual circumstances.
Expected Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience with Agile methodologies for product management.
Experience or understanding of the online and/or education and professional learning fields.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Facilitation, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Effective communicator in both written and spoken forms.
Adaptability to successfully navigate hands-on execution while adjusting focus to achieve optimal results.
