ThemeWorks is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialistto join our growing company.
In this role, you will work to ensure efficient procurement processes and be an integral part of our amazing team that builds some of the most awe-inspiring places on Earth.

Desired qualification for this position includes the following: * Experience with procurement and inventory control * Must have experience working with Microsoft Office.
Experience working in Sage software and Smartsheet is a plus * Strong organizational and planning skills * Must be a proactive self-starter who also works well in a team * Must have excellent people skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities will include: * Planning, creating, and processing timely requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods * Tracking orders * Ensuring on-time deliveries * Working with Receiving for inspection upon delivery to ensure orders are filled correctly and that goods meet specifications * Developing strong relationships with key suppliers and measure suppliers’ performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service level * Working with other internal departments such as production, accounting, and design to resolve issues and concerns * Initiating corrective actions on bad materials and following through the resolution with suppliers * Researching and identifying prospective suppliers of assigned categories * Tracking distribution and inventory of safety equipment * Assisting in production inventory processes * Administrative support to the Production Personnel Who we are: ThemeWorks creates experiences to amaze, inspire, educate, and enlighten.
