Our Cross City location in Florida, United States is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Accounting Associate.
This job is permanent, full-time.
Requirements
You will assume the following responsibilities:
Process daily bank deposits as needed for the Cross City sawmill and Cross City Timber Management
Weekly fiber settlement for the Cross City sawmill
Weekly settlement for by-product freight carriers
Weekly fiber settlement for Cross City Timber Management
Monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.
accounting duties for Cross City Timber Management
Process Accounts Payable invoices, etc.
for the Cross City sawmill and Cross City Timber Management
Process purchase requisitions for Cross City Timber Management and US Woodlands
Support the Cross City sawmill Controller as needed
Support the Glenwood, AR sawmill as needed
Support the El Dorado, AR sawmill as needed
Back-up US Woodlands Accountant in weekly settlement functions
The Ideal Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 – 3 years of business experience
Manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred
SAP experience preferred
Position requires strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge and experience with the full Microsoft Suite required.
Ability to learn numerous types of software
Abitiltiy to work well with others
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
A high level of ethical practice and safety mindedness required
